As you enter the property you are met with a large open plan living area consisting of a cosy lounge area complete with Smart TV and beautiful unique light fitting which has been hand made by the owner.  The lounge leads through to a dining area, which has a solid wood table and chairs, and a patio door to the courtyard.  The L shaped kitchen is at the rear of the ground floor and is well equipped for larger parties.  A door from the kitchen takes you out onto a small enclosed courtyard which is ideal for storing the all-important beach gear.  From the hallway, a flight of stairs takes you a half landing where you will find a bathroom with shower over the bath and wash basin, and a separate WC.  A few more steps take you to 2 bedrooms; a good size master bedroom with  a double bed and a twin bedroom. A further set of stairs take you up to the top floor of the house with two double bedrooms and a separate cloakroom consisting of a WC & wash basin.  The bedroom at the rear of the house has rooftop sea glimpses of St Ives Bay.

Facilities:  Smart TV with integrated DVD player. Telephone for incoming calls only.  iPod docking station.  Fan oven & halogen hob. No parking, but public car park 5 mins walk away.  Damage deposit £100.  No smoking property.  Shops/pub 2-3 mins walk.  Beach 5 mins walk.
