What our customers say about their holidays

Millers cottage was a lovely comfortable cottage in a great location off the high street and only a few minutes walk from some lovely beaches. The property was clean and bright and really nicely decorated with a seaside feel to it. There were some nice restaurants nearby and local shops as well as a small park. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you could really want though a coffee make of some sort would be a nice addition. Everything you needed on arrival milk tea and coffee and cleaning products were provided. The 2 main bedrooms were very comfortable though I would say that the 3rd bedroom was small and more suited to a child. The parking space was too small for us even to attempt to park a medium size hatchback though we did find parking nearby we didn't use the car at all. There is a good bus and train service up and down the coast. We could have done with some simple instructions of how to use dish washer and microwave as we had to use the handbooks and some spare keys . Over all i would definitely recommend the property and thought it was good value given the location and how comfortable and cosy it was and the use of the garden outside chairs table and parasol useful as the weather was lovely .

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay at your property. The entrance was down an alley, which had a lot of rubbish around since it was next to a pub and the bins were by the entrance to the building. Additionally, the single-glazed windows didn't provide any soundproofing, making it quite loud outside late at night and in the early hours. While the accommodation served its purpose for the two nights we were there, I did notice some cleanliness issues. The window seals, as well as the bottoms of the windows, could have used a wipe down, and the floor was dusty. I even found someone's sock behind the drawers near the front door. There was also a dirty towel left in a drawer, which I believe the cleaners were unaware of, as I'm sure they wouldn't have left it there intentionally. Overall, it was a pleasant place for a couple of days and worth the money. However, I do have some reservations about the £50 cleaning fee, as it seemed like only the bed covers and towels were c

If you are planning to stay here on a Friday or a Saturday night and don’t want to be up til 5am don’t stay here! The listing fails to mention that the flat is located above a bar and opposite 2 others, it’s also on the main drag where the clubs and bars are so between 3am-6am we were kept up by drunk people screaming in the street. I wish I was exaggerating but literal screaming. The windows are single glazed which doesn’t help. They room itself was clean and has obviously been newly decorated which is the only reason I have it 2 stars. However it really no frills with lots of small annoyances- there is a coffee machine with no coffee pods, no full length mirror, no where to put anything in the shower, when we arrived it was 30 degrees in the room as they’d left all the blinds open. Check out is also at 10am and check in is 4pm. All of this I could forgive if it wasn’t so noisy, with no warning! Save your money, book somewhere else

An absolutely fabulous stay at the Plush huts in Kent! We arrived to a very generous welcome pack. All basics are also supplied and kitchen is well equipped. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 'Warren', which sits in its own (low level) fenced and gated area. Spacious bedrooms at either end, with plenty of storage and a lovely en suite shower room in each. Living/dining/kitchen area sits in between the bedrooms, and opens out onto a private deck (complete with deck chairs!) overlooking the adjacent fields. Communal outside area is an amazing facility which the whole family enjoyed. I loved the wild life cameras showing nesting kestrels. The setting is beautiful and so peaceful. Our hosts were extremely helpful . A lovely pub within walking distance where food and service is good. Some of the family enjoyed watersports nearby. Much fun had by all. I genuinely didn't want to go home. Would definitely like to book this holiday again!!

We absolutely loved the peaceful countryside stay at Andrews cottage, it was such an amazing experience and I would definitely love to visit again. Andrew our host was so thoughtful and caring, he made sure we were in good hands, he checked on us during the storm and made sure we had everything we needed. On one occasion we needed some flour and Andrew was very generous and brought some over to us. We also cooked everyday. I was really impressed with the kitchen as it was fully equipped with all types of utensils to dishwasher tablets. We were even more impressed to find a cupboards stocked with all types of spices, salt, pepper and oil. We also arrived and found fresh eggs, Bread, milk and honey. We loved the taste of fresh honey so we also bought some from Andrew and took it away. Thank you so much for providing a peaceful, tranquil place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
