Really lovely lodge.
Well situated within the park, literally just a few seconds walk from the lake edge. The lodge was furnished to a high standard, well equipped and very clean. Great communication from the owners too. We can be a bit fussy and difficult to please but absolutely no complaints here and would definitely recommmend! Perfect for our young family.

We have stayed at a number of properties on White Cross over the years and Bowness 66 beats them all.
Clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked with glasses, cutlery, cleaning fluids etc. everything you could wish for from a home from home. Will definitely be back. One minor drawback, but all properties seem to have one these days - a âHenryâ - my pet hate. Takes twice as long as a conventional vacuum.

Perfect stay.
Everything you could possibly need, even the weather was good for us. The dogs loved the lodge, in a quiet position on the site and close to the lake. This was our third visit this year, which says it all.
